New Aluminum, Concrete, Vinyl And Concrete Filled Vinyl Seawalls

  • Replacement of failed seawalls.
  • Installation of new seawalls in front of existing seawalls
    • Raise the top elevation of the new seawall including backfilling and adjustments to the dock and sprinklers.
    • Engineer the new seawall to allow for a new or existing swimming pool to be within 5 feet of the seawall.
    • Install top-of-the line concrete sheetpile seawalls with as little as 8’ clearance.

Structural Repairs To All Types Of Existing Seawalls

  • New seawall cap and anchors
    • Raise the top elevation of the new seawall cap including backfilling and adjustments to the dock and sprinklers.
    • Engineer the new seawall cap to allow for a new or existing swimming pool to be within 5 feet of the seawall.
  • Beam and anchor support systems
  • Support anchors
    • Shorting of existing seawall anchors (previously installed Dann Sapp and Son seawalls only) allowing for future swimming pools.
    • Install additional anchors to an older seawall to prevent failure.
  • Rip rap
    • Installation of native limestone at the base of a seawall.
    • Installation of native limestone instead of a seawall to prevent erosion.

  • Design and engineered seawalls for existing pools.
  • Design and engineered seawalls that allow future pools to be installed within 5 ft of a seawall.
  • Shorting of existing seawall anchors (Dann Sapp and Son seawalls only) allowing for future swimming pools.
